Went to open a Savings Account and to my surprise the experience was good. Cik Miza at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. She answered all our questions and completed the account opening within 15min plus it's service with a smile. It's nice to be treated and respected as a customer unlike some other banks. Overall service here is good. 👍

A big shout out to Ms Faney Low. Very thoughtful, think ahead and help to understand my needs and suggested the right products for me and my family. She had made my confidence in HLB go up another 20% to 80%! Everything went smoothly with a friendly smile from Ms Faney. Recommended for best employee of the month (if you have one)

Opening a bew bank ac, easy and fast. Customer service En Mohamad Azib very helpful in assisting me for the procedures and giving clearly instructions. Staffs here polite and helpful and patiences for helping.

Visited 2 banks to request for my past yr stmts printed. Both at Sri Petaling. I would rate : HSBC 1/5 whereas HLB is 6/5. HSBC only had 3 customers waiting (including me) + attending to 2, the waiting time was +/-30min before it was my turn. HLB had more customers, waited only 5-10min for my turn. HSBC couldn't print mortgage statement instantly, had to request from HQ mortgage department and they not sure how long will it take, but minimum 5 working days, although i repeatedly mentioned i need it urgently for LHDN submission which has a deadline. The senior told me all banks takes time to retrieve past statements, it's not instant. That is not true, i did it in HLB in just 15-20min in total. AND, i had to sit for about 40+min waiting for the staff (right in front of me) to key-in my request... i actually wonder if that was what he was actually doing...or he was working on something else ...
