After going through the Google reviews of various CIMB branches (majority with ratings less than 3 stars, which is very disappointing), I came to this branch (which has a rating above 3). And indeed, it was a breeze. I managed to complete what I came here for within 15 minutes. Ms. Izzati (Customer Service Personnel) is really friendly and provided the assistance I needed. The bank tellers are friendly too. Kudos to the branch manager in ensuring the operation quality of the branch. I really hope the other branches is able to follow suit.
