Very bad. Applied for a Credit Card despite telling the CSR Miss Lin that I will be travelling went into deaf ears. When she is on leave or out for lunch no one in the branch able to tell me the status. They told me to pledge FD instead to submit documents but to no avail. Call the branch and left a message to another staff called as Rajes but no response. Called them again but no one picks up the call. The Chinese staff is on leave and will only be back next week. I told them to cancel my Credit card and return my money but even then it will take few weeks as what I was told by the credit card customer service. What kind of a service. OMG the service sucks.

disappointing experience at this branch. the waiting time was unnecessarily long despite there being very few customers. staff interaction felt unwelcoming and lacked professionalism. better communication and service efficiency are needed. i hope the management will take steps to improve staff conduct and overall customer service standards

20 min wait n service not bad...but parking bit hard to find
