Worst cimb branch.. i dont know why you people using numbering system. After my number come out, when go to the counter the staff will take your name and ask to wait another 30 minutes to call again. Is this strategy for your KPI ? Lousy and lazy staff.. just standing and watching 😂.. better close this useless branch
The worker doesn't gaf about their client. I said that my account was locked an they just ask me to forget password when I've already done that countless time.
Horrible customer service. Even i am a preferred customer, they just ask me without offering any help. And both just sitting at the counter chit chatting. What a shame on you CIMB C180
An old lady at the counter was rude and incompetent. Waited 30mins to transfer money and she told me to go to the other branch which I opened my account. She just don't know how to transfer money. Totally waste of time.
