I would like to express my sincere thanks to the Ambank Cheras Mahkota branch manager and the team. I had been waiting for almost two months for an issue that was left unattended online, but today the staff here patiently listened, assisted, and continuously helped communicate with the relevant departments. Thanks to their efforts, everything was finally resolved perfectly. Their service is truly professional, friendly, and efficient. I genuinely appreciate the time and dedication they put into helping me today — it really made me feel valued and supported. I hope this review helps more people know that: The service at Ambank Cheras Mahkota is excellent and truly worth recommending!

The customer service provided discriminatory treatment, exhibiting a poor attitude. They were impatient and even yelled at customers who had questions. the security guards were slow to distribute numbered tickets, insisting that customers complete all information on the forms and meticulously checking their entries. However, other customers were allowed to fill out the forms slowly at the customer service counter. This problem has persisted for years without improvement.

In general the whole ambank service sucks. Outlet the staff super slow taking their own sweet time and to make matters worse, those staff sitting behind the counters super unfriendly. As if we owe them millions of dollars. Ambank call centre supposedly the frontline and able to assist better but NO! They basically helpless. I dont understand why ambank stil have customer to support! A card replacement can take whole damn month and still not receiving!

I went there for just changing some small cash notes,and the security guard ask me have any Ambank saving account, and i answered him honestly, i don't have for currently. And he straight away rejected me that they just welcome their ambank customer only… Bad service.

Went to collect the supposedly "ready to be collected" paid bank statements over the counter only to waste my time waiting for more than 30 minutes because the "officer" missed 4 months of statements (Jan-Apr 2021). Had to witness the silliness of the officer going through each page one by one over hundreds of pages (3 yrs statements) when clearly the last statement page date shown 12/2020. Already I was rushing for time. After wasted much time checking, then had to waste more time waiting for her to print the missing statements in the end 😡 Hey lady, even if you have so much time to waste, don't make your customer wait la. Next time, please make sure everything is complete before you call! Btw, please move forward with time by REDUCING PRINTING, save the trees GO GREEN. Instead of printing hundreds pages of statements, use EMAIL instead. If you dont know how, click "download / print", choose SAVE AS PDF then email. It doesn't costs you a thing. Of course, unless you already know but
