CIMB Bangi Branch.. very bad service..i stay in Bangi sometime need a banking services need to gi there..but always same..the service was so bad..eventhough got qms system but it not improved at all..oneday I was in branch for some transaction...i feel so sad i was in q line about 40 minute..but in front of me got 1 old man standing in q ..pls we are human where yr common sense..where the branch manager...what are you doing..i hope the Head Office should view the daily cctv..and work on the issue...because why CIMB behind the others local bank in Malaysia...it was always....so saaaddd....

Most of the time, u need to park beside the main road. Long queue, since there are many people here. But, the staff are good.

Wanted to open an account for my Form 5 son. Went to UKM Branch, and they said they needed my son's Birth Cert. And gave us 2 forms to fill out. I obliged. The next day we went to this Bangi branch as I had another business to attend to. But for this branch they wanted my son's school letter to the bank. What kind of bank would put 2 different requirements just 10 km apart. Same bank just different branch!!! So I decided to go to another bank - they needed only my son's IC and nothing else! I hope this branch will lose more customers in the future.

Just came over to replace my card that wont be read by their atm machines anymore and inquire about a refund that I have been waiting for 2 weeks to show up in my account. Theres a bit of a wait to get a queue number but it was fine, got my number and sat down in the second floor waiting area. Gave the forms and papers asked, and then suddenly they started inquiring about my work visa card and saying that their scanner cant read my card? Its a legit card from the government and then a lady started screaming about having to call immigration??? Of course I had the papers to back myself and my job???? Unprofessional handling. Since the expatriate card was also just started again late last year I think their scanner is just not up to date 🤦‍♀️ if you also have questions regarding refund and transactions, this branch do not have answers.
