I was at the bank this morning to renew Fd Was there at 11am, my number was called within 5 mins, told the lady what I wanted done. She took my i/c and told me to wait. I waited for more than an hour, went up to the counter to ask what is happening, told to wait again. There were very few patrons at the bank. I have been to busier banks and got served even faster The service in this branch has deteriorated this past 2 to 3 years. this has happened a few times to me, I have had enough thats why I am complaining. Finally I was served, the guy who served kept apologising for the delay but the damage is done. It looked like they forgot about me because they kept calling other customers who came after me. I hope something is done so that this does not happen again.

I was scared to receive bad service at first due to the reviews on google. But the guy that works at counter 3 on may 2nd at 11am was so nice! Very helpful and even teach me step by step on how to bind my ambank account. Thank you so much for kind service.

With all the negative reviews, I was actually afraid that I will get the same bad customer service. BUT, I didn't. Everyone was really nice. The pak guard help me to get the number for me. When I initially picked the wrong counter, another lady helped to get another number. Then when I go to the correct counter, the lady that tend my matter and enquiries is also very nice. She is very patient with me and brief me the details carefully. 5 stars customer service! Moreover, there's not much people. Thus, the parking was easy to find and there was no queue. I went around 10:15am on Tuesday.

Gotta staff one man with spectacle (teller) & one hijab woman wearing nice kurung with smile sitting behind they both service are awesomeness to my wife disability person. One plum woman like asam keping look, wish her learn from her colleagues how to Sabar & smile.

The service was smooth and very quick, they helped me renew my debit card and withdraw asb money, all under 15 minutes. Maybe because there weren’t many people at the branch at the time I came. Regardless, I’m a satisfied customer.
