AmBank 2nd Floor 56, 58 & 60G Jalan SS 21/35

Yesterday I drove my former colleague to this bank for her to do some urgent banking cos she had sent her car for servicing. This was my 1st time entering this bank. According to this colleague of mine, this bank has recently been renovated . As we entered on the left side, is a small cafe for special coffee. It’s called HWC cafe which is very convenient for the bank staff n bank customers to get their cup of coffee from here. A guard was seated there . My friend scanned the QR code using her phone to get her queue number. A digital display board was on the right side showing the customers’ turn. We when in to wait for her turn. There were ample chairs n seats there. The place was rather quiet n 3 bank officers were there , assisting the customers. My friend’s turn came n she was served by an officer. After that, we left . On the way out, we saw 2 ATM machines for cash deposit n one ATM for cheque deposit. Only thing is I find it very difficult to park cos there was absolutely no parki

Just now I went to this bank to deposit a cheque as payment for my credit card. It's almost impossible to get a parking lot anywhere near the bank as this is a weekday n all the available parking lots have been taken by the earlier workers n employees working around this area. After many attempts only I managed to squeeze into one parking lot. Ran into the bank n deposited my cheque. While doing so, I noticed there are are a few changes here. There's a cafe on the right inside the bank whilst all the 3 ATM are on the left if your back is facing the road. The cafe is called HWC serving coffee n non- coffee drinks as well. At the present they are promoting their matcha coffee. You have to scan the QR code on the screen with your phone before you are given a queue number to see the bank officer concerning your banking needs. Your number will be displayed on the digital board. All this information which is new to me was explained to me by the guard who sat near the HWC cafe. He's friendly

My visit to AmBank in Damansara Utama was convenient overall. The branch, facing the main road, offers ample parking, especially at night. However, daytime parking can be challenging. The bank provides sufficient ATM and cash deposit machines, streamlining transactions. The accessibility and convenience make it a suitable choice, particularly for evening visits.

Bad experience with the customer service here. Seems not understand what we asked and slow in doing their job. Forgot my account password and ask to go others branches to settle. Sour faces most of the time. If don't feel like work please stay at home. Online system all very sucks and not user friendly. Not going to open account here again.

Last week I visited this AMbank, and Madam Vasuki was excellent in her service. She did it professionally, and I was satisfied about the result. Madam Vasuki was patience, and polite too. After all I had a pleasant, and comfortable time during the entire process. Thanks. PS: Now this branch also provides 2 slots of free customers' parking, no more headache.
