I had an excellent experience at the bank today. Feesha was extremely helpful, proactive, and went above and beyond to solve all my concerns quickly and efficiently. She opened my account without unnecessary questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Compared to other banks in the district, where you often have to push staff to get things done and spend too much time waiting, her service truly stands out. This was a unique customer experience, and I’m very grateful for her outstanding professionalism. As a small suggestion, it would be great if the bank could place a QR code on the desk to give customers an easy way to provide quick feedback.

What a disgraceful and shameful way to treat customers. One staff member addressed us with phrases like ‘dik dik dik’ and even asked ‘siapa cakap’ when we came to claim the balance from a closed ASNB account. Like seriously, she was referring to siapa cakap suruh datang claim 😂 She did not know the procedure and behaved arrogantly, giving no proper guidance. Meanwhile, other customers at nearby counters were treated politely and respectfully, with courteous language and body language. Even called ‘yes madam yes madam’ repeatedly 😂Such selective and disrespectful treatment is completely unacceptable. Very unprofessional. Being dressed simply does not justify poor service. All customers, regardless of appearance or background, deserve equal, professional and courteous treatment!

Poor and lazy service. I submitted documents to open a Biz account. They merely took the paper and said they’ll be in contact within a week. It’s been 3 months.. don’t think they’re interested in hitting KPIs, or doing their jobs for that matter. You’re better off banking with another branch.

A small bank with warm, efficient, and unpretentious counter service. No long waits, no grumpy staff. Parking is hassle-free - there are two reserved bays for customers. By far our least stressful bank visit in the area in the last many years!
