I often use the CIMB ATM in Uptown and overall, the experience has been quite convenient. The machines are usually well-maintained, and transactions like cash withdrawal, fund transfer, and bill payments are smooth and quick. The area around the ATMs is generally clean and bright, which gives a sense of security, especially during the day. However, during peak hours or weekends, the queue can get a bit long as many people come by to withdraw cash. It would be great if CIMB could add one or two more machines to ease the wait. Still, I appreciate that the machines are rarely out of service, and the screens are clear and easy to use. Overall, the CIMB ATM services in Uptown are reliable and efficient — a convenient spot for quick banking errands when I’m in the area.

Staff Service – 5/5 Puan Dani and the Branch Manager, Mr. Zafri, have attended to us in an excellent manner. They were helpful in resolving our inquiries and facilitating our document submissions. Our Committee is pleased with the level of service provided. Location – 4/5 The location is strategic and convenient; however, parking availability remains a challenge. Documentation Process – 4/5 The processing time is slightly lengthy and somewhat time-consuming, but overall, it is still manageable and acceptable.

I visited this branch to activate my dormant account and to lodge a complaint regarding an incorrect mortgage account, as CIMB has been contacting me using my phone number for several years. Despite making several complaints through the contact center, the issue has not been resolved. Ms. Nally attended to me and provided efficient and prompt assistance in addressing my concerns. I appreciate her support and hope that the issue with the incorrect contact number will be resolved as soon as possible. Thnks

Extremely disappointing service — not even worth one star. If your branch isn’t ready to serve the public, it’s better not to open at all. The bank manager’s attitude was unacceptable. Instead of helping, I was told to “open a company account elsewhere” simply because my registered address wasn’t nearby. Is this how customers are treated? #CIMB — please train your staff properly. If someone isn’t in the mood to work, they should stay home, not take it out on customers.

Horrible service. I went to this Damansara Uptown/Utama branch to open a new company current account but was informed they were not able to process my application even though I came with all the documents because I need to apply online. What's the point of having a physical bank with people working when you can't do anything. They were EMPTY! EMPTY! I have a few other accounts with them including another another company account but nope no assistance given as they are just plain lazy.
