Avoid visit this branch at all cost. The front desk staff old Uncle will welcome you with his sour face, very impatient answering customer inquiry at all. give a toned voice and angry look.please you are old enough to work this Bank and please learn how to serve a customer properly since you are in a service line. Customer doesn’t owe you anything At all, please don’t show your Muka Masam. I respect old people but depend how you treat the others….be kind to everyone.the lady Manager is not good for her position as a manager she could not even do any sop or action about what’s going on to this branch I’m sure she aware of this! but Lazy and acting like she can handle…but to be honest she failed!!!she better to be a normal staff rather that as aManager poor malay lady. better give some one else deserved to her position as a MANAGER!!!! she don’t care at all to bad!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this branch. We waited for a very long time only to be told the credit officer was not in the office. The counter staff then asked us to meet the manager at Counter 8, but instead of assisting us professionally, the manager was rude and visibly angry, even questioning who told us to approach him. This kind of unprofessional attitude is unacceptable. If he was having a bad day, he should not take it out on customers. Banking is about service and respect, and this branch clearly fails at both. Very poor experience.

Thank you Mrs Irani sebab permudahkn urusan saya harinii ☺️☺️☺️ went there today to open a new bank acc, first off Mr Azman was very helpful by helping me print the papers. The wait upstairs wasnt that long. I went and see Mrs Irani at counter 7 to settle my stuff. It was such a good experience and a pleasure meeting with Mrs Irani. She works so fast and very efficient and thank god because of her, i could finish everything in one day and pretty fast, too. My phone camera have some issues, hence i couldnt settle the kyc part in the cimb octo apps. Had she not advised me to do it there and then, i would have to come back again to settle it later on. I really appreciate it, Mrs Irani. I hope the bank recognizes your outstanding abilities too. They have such a treasure within their circle. Semoga urusan Puan Irani dipermudahkan sentiasa, aminn🥰🥰🥰

I’m quite disappointed with my experience at CIMB Cyberjaya branch. As an existing customer, I did not expect the account opening process to be this rigid and unnecessarily complicated. I was required to provide multiple supporting documents just to open an account for my son, which felt excessive and not customer friendly. For comparison, I managed to open the same type of account at Maybank smoothly without having to submit additional documents, and they are also under Bank Negara’s authorisation. The experience at CIMB Cyberjaya felt overly procedural rather than customer oriented. I strongly hope the management will revisit and review their policies, especially when dealing with existing customers. Banking processes should facilitate customers, not create avoidable obstacles. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of flexibility and overall customer experience.

CIMB CYBERJAYA has caused an unbelievable level of frustration. Since JANUARY 2025, I have been trying to get one straightforward task done — updating the JMB authorised person. I have dealt repeatedly with a staff member, name R, submitted every required document, and was told more than once that everything had been received. And yet, after MONTHS, absolutely NOTHING has been updated. This level of incompetence and inefficiency is outrageous. I am genuinely shocked at how poorly this has been handled. CIMB’s service has been appalling, completely unprofessional, and absolutely unacceptable. It should NOT take months — and multiple branch visits — just to update a simple record. To make matters worse, during my most recent visit, I was told that the authorised person is STILL listed under the previous management. After all this time, how is your system still not updated? How can such a basic task be ignored for so long? This entire experience has been a massive inconvenience, a waste
