Useless bank ATM went to maintainace right after deposit cash, the cash was still processing and then gone ATM under maintenance, called customer service and their only respond is that the branch manager only can send people on Monday. So which means they don't care if customer money got stuck inside their machine, they don't care if the customer need the money for urgent matters, they just wanna enjoy their holiday and advertise as they have a good bank service, wondering if they are going to give the same reason if their bank got robbed. Improve your service, Thank You!

Hong Leong staff, Syafiqah amirah (counter 1) is very helpful and patience. I went on 6th Feb morning. Best service from her. Very 👍 good

Excellent service from Thivya for opening my current account. Such a humble/kind hearted person. Will recommend people to go here and open their account rather than going to stupid maybank who love to waste peoples time.

Despite the huge crowd, the team is able to deliver good service as always. Love coming to this branch but it’s always crowded. I strongly urge the management to consider hiring more staffs to the branch for better service.
