Security guard do their job neatly, the bank staff that attend me quite strictly not too friendly but it’s ok. But who the heck this guy, during my session with cimb staff he sit beside my seat and all of sudden interrupted the staff to talk with him, and more annoys me he on his phone in full volume. I meant like how disrespectful this person. Idk but idgaf this guy to THIS CIMB OUTLET maybe your bosses or VIPs but please teach some manner to him. I gonna make this complaint to CIMB hq!!!

I have accumulated too many coins over the years. Originally, I wanted to deposit them at a different branch, but they said they no longer have a coin deposit machine and suggested I go to this branch instead. The machine is located in the center of the bank. It took me several tries to finally open the hatch and put the coins in. The machine counted most of my deposit, but when I tried to have it count the rest, the machine suddenly errored out. It would have been great if the machine were more user-friendly, but I’m happy regardless to have reduced the number of coins I have.

Went there to change some coins but the machine went into error after one customer. Called out their chief cashier to see if they can do anything for us. Whilst waiting, we were given the stink eye by Samsiah Habib and Nik Norlina. We were also treated unfairly by Boy Neezam. Fortunately, Mr Zulshamsul came and helped us with the issue. Please retrain your staff on customer service. Lots of complaints about rude staff dating months before I made this post

Went to this branch on Friday, staff are slow. If many customer understandable but we can see the staff are more than staff hahaha.. 1st and last visit I must say.

A very rude staff member who made a mocking face when I asked a question. The female staff wearing a headscarf at counter 9 or 6 on 28/11/25.
