This is a small branch with limited seats and 6 counters, but probably not all of them will be open at once. Went there on a Monday morning at 9am. There were no customers yet so service was fast. Agents seem friendly and the guard is nice too. Location is convenient, walkable from the Taman Jaya LRT station, just outside Amcorp mall. Environment is well-kept and clean. Opening hours are 9am-4/4.30pm depending on the day.

I went here to settle off my debt. Super smooth transaction. Workers here are pleasant. This branch is not crowded with people. Everything finished within less than an hour. Awesome!
convenient is how i would put it because of lrt. the mall is pathetic and empty. out of the whole mall , only popular , outpost , family mart and starbucks , old joes mac and coldstorage and some audio shops are worth your time. thats about it
