just been into branch to reinstate mobile and internet banking after loosing phone and card while in tenerife. Toby was excellent, friendly, clear and very helpful, even helped me understand ISA. Thanks Toby and stockport branch.

Have been a customer of this branch for well over 12 years , have always had great customer service and always a warm and friendly welcome It doesnt matter what name is above the door , but I personally preferred it as Yorkshire Bank. Just hope this branch doesnt end up like many other high street - empty and ends up a what we dont need shop / takeaway .

Banked with Yorkshire Bank for over 30 years. Sceptical about Virgin Money takeover. The banking Ap has been improved vastly and its all I need to do everything secure payments to cancelling direct debits. In the branch, the staff are excellent as I found out when I was in need of assistance for the transfer of large amounts of funds to a 3rd party. Give them a chance. I did.

Dark, dingy and no customer service. Long wait to be served as most of staff in background fielding calls. Don't know their own products and on trying to operate a savings account was a disgrace. Heard branch will be closing soon and good riddance.

Linda thank you for all your help today you were amazing. We have been three times in three weeks to overcome online banking, it has to be said every time, three times the staff were friendly, helpful and had time to solve the problems. Especially Linda.
