Bank could not provide cash because they were out of money. No I am not joking.

The front desk staff were terrific; they greeted me immediately as I walked in and catered to my needs. Wan took time from her lunch and helped me with the account opening process, which took only about 30 minutes. She was tentative, making sure all of my questions were answered. Overall, the place has excellent services; it seems like they care about their customers much better than my other banks.

A very knowledgeable employee, Tyler, set up a new account for me and explained everything so well.

I ve been a very good customer of Wells Fargo more than 12 years and a banker is supposed to be a banker, no more than that. Jorge is not a business advisor and should not tell customers who have money how to invest their money since he has no experience in business, I almost ended loosing 2 thousand dollars for following his advice, he should be more informed and stop talking too much and stop saying stupidities because he has a lack of knowledge, this thing piss me off and makes me feel to go somewhere else, like I said a banker is a banker and no more than that. They have the liability of taking care about customers which means do not talk or do not recommend things that you don't know. Ladies at this branch are more professional.

We were visiting from out of state and needed to do a time-sensitive international wire transfer. We arrived just as the bank opened at 9:00am and asked to meet with a banker. Unfortunately, the banker already had an appointment but said she would check to see if the manager could help us. A couple minutes later we were in Sky Bennett’s office and she assisted us with the wire transfer. We were done within 30 minutes. Sky was amazing and did a great job for us considering we didn’t have an appointment. A few days later we received confirmation the wire transfer was successful. Both Sky and the first employee we interacted with were polite and helpful.
