I've banked with other banks and branches in Salt Lake, no one else does it like this Wells Fargo branch. Elsa is the most efficient drive thru teller and Luis is always up to help me with anything. Thank you everyone in this branch for always making me feel welcomed and for meeting every single one of my personal and business banking needs. This bank is the absolute best.
I got a check from a family member and I needed to cash it for my daughters birthday. Since I am not a Wells Fargo customer I was charged $10 to cash a fifty dollar check. That is 20% absolutely terrible! Do not bank with these people they a complete scam which is why I closed my account with them years ago.
A $400 withdrawal was approved from my mom’s account from this ATM. She didn’t do & we’re still disputing this transaction that WAS NOT authorized. I thought that banks were supposed to make our money safe. Once this is resolved, we’re closing the account. Bunch of criminals! Update: called for the 4th time today & they are still affirming that there was no mistake, we should be getting a callback by Monday. The CS & their investigation team is very unprofessional. Since their claim department has not done proper investigation and keep denying my request, I have filed a claim with Better Business Bureau. WF’s rating is F, which I’m not surprised, while Chase Bank has A+.
I specifically chose to go to this location because of the good reviews and I’m glad I did! Colleen, Jacob, and especially Nic were so helpful! Nic helped me with various questions I had and was so patient with me and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Great location and great service!
It's pretty silly that you now have to pay to get deposit slips with your account information on them, especially for people that deposit a good quantity of money every week for 52 weeks, doesn't the bank make enough off of our money to pay for this? Apparently not!
