TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM 6630 Roblin Boulevard Westdale

I was supposed to receive a email for the service and person I dealt with but didn’t so I thought I’d leave a review here. I worked with Loraine and she was amazing. Awesome service and super nice person. 10/10 would recommend coming here and asking for Loraine.

I am thrilled with the service we recently received at the Roblin Ave TD branch. We had an issue (of our own fault) where we needed a replacement cashier's check on short notice. The excellent team at this branch helped us out tremendously. Spectacular service. Thank you!

I called the branch on August 1st and before I could enter an extension number, a woman answered. I asked to speak to the person I normally deal with but was told he was away for two weeks. I asked who else would be able to help and she told me Craig would be able to assist me, but that he was with a client. I asked for him to call me back and was told if he didn’t call me back that day, he would call me the next day, Aug 2. It’s now Aug 9, and I have not received a call.

Currently, I have been waiting in line for over 15 minutes in this branch waiting for a single customer. Two tellers are attending to a single customer depositing 50 LBS worth of coins. I only need a printout of my bank statement. My question is, why are there 2 tellers needed for a single deposit.
