TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM 1114 Corydon Avenue Rockwood

I had a minor issue with some foreign currency that I had ordered I to the bank. Billy Donaldson the branch manager resolved the issue for me and personally called to inform me. That was completely unexpected, but I am very grateful! He cares about the clients, amazing customer services! Thank you Billy!

EDIT ..... they followed up .... score went from 1 to 3 stars. Terrible customer service, routine paper work for a mortgage that is promised by closure date and then promised afin and again , is not done. Lawyer is very unhappy . I am very po'ed . Do not deal with these people.

This is worst branch I have experienced. They lied to you, even you find out they wont change back. I went there to do banking, they wanted me to open overdraft limited for cheque account, I told them actually I don't need, because if my account cannot keep 5K, i will be charged 30 dollars monthly, however, I have been told that is totally free, only when it happened i would be charged, however when I found out and let them refund me the ODP fee, they cheated me again and told me, already refund and cancelled the overdraft service, when I get home double checked again, no money refund. I called TD customer service online got the refund. The teller told me it was free service were from Indian, the other teller told me refund funds was a Filipino. I cannot believe the teller could cheat me even face to face and 2 times for one thing. P.S. 2 times when I was there, ATM machine was out of order, no cash loaded or machine is out of order.

Went to this bank to get a new bank card, had 3 forms of ID.. 1 was expired. The women helping me, Otto proceeded to be very rude to me and would not try to help me with the issue. Not sure how I’m supposed to get a new ID with no bank card to pay .. but this lady AS WELL as the branch manager Brian made it very clear it was not their problem. Even though my friend that was with me was helped and given a new bank card with a 2 year old expires ID just the other week. Will not be going to this branch again, going to be switching banks. If I could give - stars I definitely would !

Best branch in Winnipeg. Love the customer service representatives at this location because they always acknowledge you and make sure your interests are satisfied before you walk out that door. Great employees, always smiling and inviting. Also love how they wear Jets gear during games!
