Staff attitude is very high not cooperative staff very bad experience with this bank i want to suggest others to close their account from their and opens in another bank very bad experience due to their staff behaviour same on you staffs you even don't know that how to do bank duty
The staff is not cooperative Attitude level is so high. Worth experience from my side They don’t print one small copy They said go outside and then get printed And i asked for pen for signature they said go to the guard and take pen to them . Worth experience ever 😡😡 Don’t expected with @kotak Mahindra bank india They literally not able to take a single star ⭐️ from my side as a review
Although I also didn't have any very good experience but yes Mandvi and Nishit helped me to keep updated with my case. but Bank took more than 6 days to update a signature.
Best stff behaviour
Mohd shalman khan( Lucknow Indira Nagar ) branch kotak bank staff ..not good .. unprofessional ..liar ...given wrong information ..he is not able to work any good organization bcoz of that kind of staff behaviour showing bank reputation ... Disappointed ....n never sujjest to anyone to use this bank .only due to him
