I just gave 4 star because I just completed the housing loan today and was having trouble to get the documents but the not the staff but also the manager also is very cool and helpful nature.... They helped me a lot today.... But I gave one star less because of the less conditionized rules book of overseas bank but I don't have problem with that now they helped me alot also big credit to manager hope this bank project goes so high...... I would surely keep the relation b/w the long live... Thanks for help.... Arigato.

Staff has rude behaviour. During working hours,the staff is not available at their desks My experience was worse than the last time I visited SBI Bank .
