The worst bank ever. The relationship manager they assign has left job.. no way you can ask any queries. they will make sure to deduct heavy amount in case of ecs or misc charges and make changes in your account without notifying you. Avoid

The worst bank ever seen, and vibhuti khand the worst branch. The manager does not know the procedures, rules. The bank officials just trouble the customers. The branches of Indusind bank don't have basic forms available with them and they need weeks to take a simple printout of forms. For every single thing, they call the customer to the base branch only. Other branches do not help in any way. The manager hardly picks up the call. The bank officials of Indusind bank hardly reply to emails. Pathetic Service, No Rules. They cheat in the fixed deposits. Avoid this bank completely. There is no negative rating, so have to give at least 1 star.

All staff is pore don’t know how To talk vest off time if like this staff come in my office we don’t give entry in our office

Poor service for current account opening... Completely lathargic and bad processes.... Took more than 18days in 1 account opening and still pending.... Submitted all asked documents on 1st day itself... Bad bad banking

They are a fraud bank, they make changes to your account details without informing you. They don't allow transactions from any other branch so every time you have to visit your home branch only.
