The service in money withdrawal is so bad, so slow that i had to stand atleast for 1 hour ,even if there were not more than 7 people in the line. The withdrawal of money is done by some ma'am and she is extremely slow at doing her work. I saw many elderly people waiting in the line today, each one of us were in a hurry but we couldn't do anything and ultimately after me she closed the counter because it was time for lunch. I missed my fee submission... Because of this bad service, I guess keeping 1hour margin is not good enough...
