⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Forex Transparency I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with Kotak Mahindra Bank (Dwarka Branch) has been extremely disappointing. We received an inward remittance of GBP 23,385.60, and despite prior discussions regarding exchange rate handling, the amount was converted without my confirmation at a significantly lower rate. This resulted in a direct financial loss of approximately ₹46,000. The issue was formally raised under SR No. 38691794. What concerns me most: The exchange rate was applied without proper consent. Prior commitments regarding rate handling were not honored. A similar deduction issue had happened earlier as well. Even after escalating the matter through official grievance channels, I did not receive a clear written resolution timeline. not just an app ... but the entire banking experience both online and offline is absolutely pathetic. the staff especially women's are unprofessional and uneducated. as per the lastest IVR, instead of upgrading the platform for better experience, hire well educated staff who knows their responsibilities and duties. one of the worst bank in India!
