Telephone 6 to 7 times, after answering message waited for the answer after that started ringing for few minutes and than it was disconnected, This procedure was the same for all the calls. Seems like your staff are inexperienced to answer account holders enquiry. Worst customer service, I have to close all my fixed deposits & family accounts.
