Worst branch I’ve ever experienced in India. I’ve been dealing with an app problem for a long time. They keep promising that it will get fixed but never does. They blame the bank’s IT department. Lazy people.Terrible customer service.

Very worst bank and poor customer care. They don't know how to resolve a complaint and each customer care gives their wrong resolution and finally called supervisor and he said complaint will be resolved within 3-4 working days but customer care executive says it takes 30-40 days to resolve my complaint. My amount was stuck with IDBI payment gateway and was not refunded back into my account and struggling to get back my amount.Very worst service. This is the third time am facing the issue.

Had the most horrible experience when I was visiting my bank after years ! They didn’t inform me about the dress code and so the security didn’t let me inside cause I was wearing shorts. The male guard was an absolutely rude misogynist ! I wouldn’t bank with idbi for such customer service !
