Kotak Mahindra Bank Unit No. 8&9, “Sewa Corporate Park”, MG road, Revenue State Of Tehsil Sarhol

Hi, I have a few accounts with Kotak within my family. I went to this branch (home branch for my wife’s account) requested the lady on cash counter (Ms Paridhi) that it’s Friday morning (10:00-10:05am) I am giving you this cheque please forward it for clearing asap as I need these funds. I literally requested 2-3 times as she didn’t seem interested to understand my request while giving me a stamped receipt for my cheque. I went to the bank on Monday after lunch and the cheque was sent at that time. This is pathetic !! Mr Paridhi actually didn’t care about a customer requesting for their own funds !! This is actually not acceptable! I really would urge anyone reading this review that you shouldn’t use this branch specifically with Ms Paridhi as she won’t listen to even a “requesting customer” !

My experience with Kotak Mahindra Bank has been nothing short of a nightmare. They converted my salary account into a savings account without any prior notification, leading to unexpected deductions and a negative balance. Despite the RBI's removal of the negative balance rule, they continued to deduct from my account, leaving it in a state of -15k+. To make matters worse, their relentless calls for credit card and account promotions were overwhelming. In the end, I had to use my hard-earned money to close this problematic account. If it were possible, I'd rate them zero stars. Government banks are undoubtedly a far more reliable and customer-friendly option. When I reached out to their customer support for help with this issue, they denied assistance, and I ultimately lost my hard-earned money in the process.

Very unprofessional bank. I opened a current account and they froze my funds within 10-12 days of opening and they don’t reply to my texts on WhatsApp. I do not suggest this bank or this branch to anyone. Beware before opening an account with them. This branch is pathetic.

The staff is very unprofessional. I visited the branch 3 times for cash withdrawal, but they never have withdrawal slips. They tell very rudely to come back next day, but always make an excuse when I go, and again tell very rudely to come back next day. Help desk and withdrawal counters are absolute trash!

Worst ever customer service I have waited there around 45 min in working hours because the branch Manager is doing morning meeting with all staff seriously there is no importance has been given to customer time Totally shitty branch kotak ever had. Don't go there for any of banking services I will prefer some other branch
