Worst branch and their staff is very irresponsible. No customer support. They will talk very sweet when you want to open an account. But when you want to close your account, they are not ready to close the account and make excuses on it. They will always call you when they want to sell their product but after that they start ignoring your calls. Very bad experience with them. Not recommended.
Have been to a lot banks in my life. But this bank is possibly the absolute worst in the history of time. The staff has given up completely. They make fish markets look coordinated
your credit card has been robbing me for 2 mont6hs and all your customer support does is send me 'regret the delay' Please help me close the card account ASAP or I will have no option but to file a complaint in the consumer court. PLEASE HELP!!!
Phone number as listed when called says the number doesn't exist. Then tried visiting website only to see oops page not found. God bless the bank.
Bank staffs are lazy & no customer support.
