Dear all, If you value your business and your hard earned money - please do not use this bank at all. I have lost my business because they hold our foreign remittance without any reason. We have submitted each detailed documentation, information as required by them. This is the worst experience I’ve experienced in my entire professional career and I am repeating - if you value your business and your hard earned money, please do not use this bank because they don’t care.

The staff is unprofessional; they discuss personal matters while customers wait at the counter. This is my third time experiencing this issue. I deposited cash 30 minutes ago, but it hasn't reflected in my account yet because they don't seem to care about customers waiting. This is urgent, and I request senior authorities from the bank to personally look into this matter. This is the state of affairs in a private bank. I am facing this problem at your branch. I haven't had such a bad experience in your bank before today.

Insensitive lazy people, not interested in renderings service to the customer. I went to this branch today to update my KYC with duly filled application along with all originals at 9.34 a.m, the bank was not having any customer. The dealing hand took 30 min. to update my kyc. The officer looked confused not providing any appropriate reply to my queries. She told it will take one week to update. This is unique bank taking one week for Kyc update when all records are digitalised. I raised one query regarding indus india branches at Pune. She curtly told me you can search internet and find yourself. They are customer friendly in any way. Please make them educated and customer friendly. Over a period Indus Ind bank services are detriorating.

Worst service, wanted submit my KYC document, first denied and then made me wait 30 min, after talking to deputy manager, they took the KYC document and ensure to update by evening, its been 15 days and KYC still pending

One of the furzieast branchs of IndusInd bank. Except few employees, most of them are novice and have no idea of how to deal with the customers problem. What a persistence the branch has it maintained its 3 years legacy of letharginess as usual.
