Kotak Mahindra Bank 11 DLF City Court Nathupur

I had a great experience with this bank. The staff is very helpful, cooperative, and professional. They guided me properly and solved my query quickly.

Totally bad behaviour by the sales manager as he is not the proper guider as well as on the cash counter employee sits is very rude and doesn’t behave properly. Totally bad experience.suggest you to not to go on this bank

There are very bad people in Kotak Bank Sikanderpur branch especially at the cash counter (Jaydev Suryavanshi) there is a very bad person I gave the credit card cheque and he received it after checking it carefully then after a while he said that you have not put the company stamp and now you are saying wrong amount it is a very bad branch (shame on that person) 🤬🤬🤬 And when I told him to send it to my home branch he said that I am not giving it come here to collect it I have never stamped the cheque in the last 10 years and neither did the bank ever say anything about it and now he is saying that first put the stamp only then the payment will be made

The Praveen Dwivedi guy there is super rude and acts super entitled.

Why the bank is not available, according to the bank timming its says 10 AM till 4PM ,I came today 7 june Saturday at 11:30Am but it's not open , is their any off or hollyday or what is the situation.
