I had a excellent experience with Khar Road branch. Specially with Mr Pramod who has gone out of his way to help us get our money back from gruh finance FD's which were getting auto renewed and in spite of repeated efforts with Borivali and Ahmedabad branch we were not able to withdraw. Thanks to Mr Pramod who helped us from beginning till the time we got our money bank from Ahmedabad branch. Its very rare to find someone so hard working without any personal interest. I definitely recommend this branch for banking purposes.

I was pleasantly surprised this week to find a place where Aadhaar cards can be made or updated without spending hours in queues. It was as good as Walk-in and get the job done. Our family of 3 could complete Aadhaar update request within 30 minutes. The staff is good, they are polite and efficient. Wait time was barely 20-30 minutes for a 2 people ahead of us.

I m requesting u people kindly give first priority to the Customer. Not to your Personal work. Today I came @4PM for deposit money and the cashier told me she will back in 10mints. Believe me I was waiting till @5PM. No one did response to me. U people can check the CCTV phootage. I have lots of patience that's why I was waiting. Instead of me if anyone is there naa must be created a scene in this topic. There is no doubt staff are good. Absolutely I agree with that. But don't give the fack statement to customers. I suggest u people Dnt do this again. Please
