I visited indiranagar branch to collect the amount from the cheque that I received from my neighbour,but the person in the cash counter is so irritating that he asks for orginal hard copy of the aadhar card when downloaded & provided from the UIDAI site too, calls up my neighbour and confirms that shall I hand over the amount to the person that has come with cheque and making mess, more over he doesn't know how to pass the cheque and enter the amount, he made me waite for more then 20 min,where I was even late to my work place, such a irritating bank I request people to not step in with this branch worst service ever experienced❌❌❌❌❌

Apart from regular banking stuff, this place is now a UIDAI registered permanent Aadhar enrolment centre as well. You can also get your Aadhar details modified easily. Needless to say, you will be served on a lower priority when compared to regular banking customers.

I am one of the oldest customer to this branch and I have reffered many people to open account here., those days their service was excellent., they were worth for 5 ⭐.,but unfortunately from last few years they're just opposite to earlier service., now it's not a customer friendly branch., If they see this review., I think they will not bother.,

Went for Aadhaar update .first priority to bandhan customers and for other you have to take an appointment. The teller doubles up as the aadhaar update guy so you figure out how it goes.
