Excellent service rendered to me ,all the staff were so friendly and were happy to help , The manager shamanthakamani was honestly happy to help with a smile ! A woman doing a job at her best ! Even mr mukthar / Radha / and the others ! Nationalised banks now have tremendously started matching the corporate banks is what I see ! Wish them the best !!!

Such poor customer service. They act like we are asking them for a big favour. The lady at the reception asked me to write down my request and when I asked for a pen she refused to give me I spent 10 minutes looking around to buy one and then when I gave it to her she thought my bank acc no was from another bank and then said she can't help with a simple bank statement and I have to go to the branch where I have my original account. All with a rude tone. What's the point of these places? Are they being incentivised to treat customers like dirt?

no proper response from employees, and i have suffered a lot after taking a education loan here. it was vijaya bank earlier, and that was worse than this. i don't know about present loan manager , but one who was there when it was vijaya bank was worst one.. i suggest you to never open account here.

Vijaya bank used to give such good customer service. After merger the customer service has become very very bad

Poor response from employees. Whatever may be your work you should keep waiting. When I went for my passboook update it took more than 6 minutes just to print 2 pages.
