I have a very bad experience with this branch and they way they treat senior citizens. My father has a pension account here and came here for some routine transactions - getting bank statements , setting up net banking and credit card applications. The responses we received were to submit a letter with our bank account information for our requests, that there was some "network issue" and come back the next day to get these information. Even when we returned on the next day they had not processed our request and also lost our bank account information and not prepared the statement. When my father a senior citizen with heart conditions approached the branch in charge, he was extremely rude and disrespectfully insulted my father. The discussion resulted in a heated exchange after which some of the other bank staff helped and provided the required information. For what reason has debit freeze been put on my account? Today debit freeze is blocked since 15/20 days, why is that so?I am in Pune right now and when I call the bank, no one receives it. I sent an email but there is no response either.

True sarkaari bank, went to resolve an issue with FastTag. Their customer supported asked to visit a nearby bank and should hardly take 10 mins. First that branch employee told to visit the actual branch where FastTag was issued (which I had no idea) and when I told it can't be resolved here, he was like write an application and we will call. I am still waiting for the call. Changing the FastTag from Bank of Baroda to some sane private bank :)

I have my bank branch in bob delhi however having shifted to Bangalore visited this branch for attested account statement which I wanted for official purpose. The branch manager asked me to go to delhi to get statement. Redicilous staff still thinking they are operating in 19th century.

Staffs are not customers friendly especially next to cash conter madam busy with phone and I visited 2 times for just for kyc they're not able to do my job no proper information to customer I thought to the account but pm suraksha yojane it will not carry bank staff saying that to use that pm suraksha yojane I should dai then only can claim is this is the way to deal the customer they shud trained proper way😡
