I had a very disappointing experience with Bank of Baroda's Trinity branch. My account was suddenly locked for no clear reason, so I contacted online support. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply asked me to visit the branch. When I visited the Trinity branch, the staff were extremely lethargic and unhelpful. There was no proper response or initiative to actually solve the problem. They just kept repeating standard answers without understanding or addressing my concern. Overall, the customer service was very poor and unprofessional

Worst bank ever . I faced extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff at The Bank of Baroda branch in Bangalore's M G Road located at Vijaya Tower branch. I visited the branch because my BOB World app was showing an error, and I needed to print my transaction history. The staff issued me a new passbook and charged me for it, but they made a mistake — instead of printing from October 2024, they printed from October 2025. When I explained this politely, I was sent from one staff member to another like a ball .Some were rude and dismissive. One female officer at the counter said, “You people have no better work? Why come to the bank when you can check on mobile? If you have a business, open a current account and don’t blame us.” tore my newly issued passbook (for which I had already paid) and threw it in the bin, asking me to pay again for a new one instead of correcting the date in the system. When I told them that I work hard and save every rupee, the staff sarcastically

I am extremely disappointed with the horrible service at Bank of Baroda. The staff at this branch are not only inefficient but also shockingly rude and disrespectful. My mother recently visited the branch, and the way she was treated was completely unacceptable. Instead of assisting her with basic banking needs, the employees made faces at her, spoke rudely, and behaved as if they were doing her a favor by giving her access to her own money! It is disgraceful to see such behavior in a customer service industry. A bank should be a place where customers, especially senior citizens, feel valued and respected. Unfortunately, Bank of Baroda fails miserably in this regard. If this is how they treat their customers, I can’t imagine how they handle their banking operations.I will be filing a formal complaint with the RBI regarding this unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Hii... it's me sachin. I'm gone to bank of baroda kushalnagar (571234) to open current account but security treated me as thief. Don't judge a person by seeing his dress sense. Every person has his own value. And also who gave permission to security enquire the customer he is not a bank employee....... thank you

Worst experience with Yelahanka branch with so called sr manager Sushma Panigrahi,Yelahanaka Old Town Surabhi layout branch, she never picks the call and the land line every time it is in our of coverage area and there is no way to connect the branch ❓except visiting the branch they even not bothered to reply in mails.....
