I would not recommend this branch based on in my experience. Even for a simple request like getting one Bank Guarantee, it took almost an entire day. The staff have a very casual, take-it-easy attitude, and customer satisfaction does not seem to be their priority. Overall, the service needs significant improvement in terms of efficiency and... professionalism.Terrible Parking Situation – Avoid This Branch!No parking available at all here. For two-wheelers, they charge ₹50 – who pays that on top of banking fees? I never recommend this branch to anyone. Nearby, there's nowhere to park either because it's a tow-away zone. You end up waiting 30 minutes to 1 hour just for parking – what about getting our actual bank work done? Completely inconvenient

One of the worst places to go to. I went there and no one has any clue on what to do. I waited for 30 mins and was told they can’t help. I told I want to cancel the account even that the guy didn’t help me . I feel they have target and will only help if there is money involved. I felt I went into an old govt office and came out. My first bank account so I was emotional about it but time to move on! Axis bank does a much better job!

ICICI BANK IGNORING COURT ORDER FOR 2+ YEARS I have a court order from 45th ACMM Court Bangalore (Cr.No.781/2023 dated 12.10.2023) directing ICICI Bank to refund Rs 6.55 lakhs lost in cyber fraud. Bank has IGNORED this court order for 26+ months. - Customer care numbers don't work - Emails ignored - RBI complaint filed (N202526002025530) - Preparing contempt petition This is CONTEMPT OF COURT and harassment of fraud victims. I would give this bank negative stars if I could. Worst banking experience I've ever had!!! For the last 2 years, I've only been wasting my time with this bank. Ridiculously unskilled and incapable staff. A simple request for a customized statement to be sent to my email is difficult for them to fulfill. I've had to call 5 times and the job was still not done. Nothing is done within the commited timelines, except slapping fees and fines for which they won't delay for even a minute. Staff at the branch doesn't even know what to do in many matters and they keep making calls to each other to ask how to do their job. And while they do that, we have to wait and waste time. Worst of all, an employee in the Manyata tech park branch tried to forge my signatures on an official application form!!! Unfortunately, I didn't gather enough evidence which I should have and sued this bank. Horrible customer care and processes. Very disappointing that this is one of the top bank in our country. For RTGS we have to do in machine and for Bank statement I told have some urgency in N R road printer issue is their mail 🆔 is in not working still they're saying will do mail and confirm mail and all and saying will call customer even am saying sir is out of station...
