Punjab National Bank 1st Floor Devi Doss Building Commercial Street

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Punjab National Bank, Commercial Street Branch, Bangalore. I submitted my account reactivation and KYC update application on 13/10/2025, along with all the required documents. Even after several days, the account has still not been activated. I visited the branch again after two days to follow up, but there has been no response, no update, and no sense of urgency from the staff. The attitude towards customers is very careless — there is no proper communication, no accountability, and no effort to resolve issues. Simple requests take an unusually long time, and customers are forced to keep visiting the branch multiple times for the same issue. This shows a complete lack of efficiency and professionalism. For a reputed national bank like PNB, this kind of service is unacceptable. The management should seriously review the functioning of this branch and ensure better customer service and timely response. At this point, I would not recomm

Very poor service no response they will block your amount when your in hospital they will force fully make you to come to branch you complaint they say we don't care we don't bother you can do complaint

Very bad . This branch was once the most busy vibrant branch . Now it is a deserted branch with very poor customer service . No wonder icici and hdfc scored over pnb

Worst service!!!!! No response to make a simple online transaction. they disable login, disable otp, disable transaction password for no reason. customer care rep says to call the commercial street office. They never receive the call. PNB worst banking service!!!

Very slow ,united bank was better then this,atleast they will reply and slove the problem,no staff only with 3 PPL bank is running
