One of the most disappointing banking experiences I have had has been with this branch. There have been a few incidents worth highlighting: Loan Foreclosure Experience: I went to submit a cheque for loan foreclosure. Initially, I was told to carry the latest foreclosure letter. Later, I was informed it wasn’t required and that I could simply submit the cheque. The next day, I received a call asking me to submit the same foreclosure letter I had already taken along, forcing me to travel 25 km again to deliver a document they should have collected during my first visit. Savings Account Issues: On the request of a bank executive, I opened two savings accounts—one for myself and one for my wife. From day one, my wife’s account had a debit freeze. Despite submitting all required documents multiple times, the freeze was never removed, and I eventually had to close that account. Customer ID & Mobile App Problem: For my own account, I was unable to use mobile banking. After 2–3 weeks of ema

Very bad experience in this bank His taking 1 hour for lunch I am going bank on 2.00pm for cash deposit but he told me come after lunch time @ 3.00p.m

worst experience at this branch. They are not ready to do anything. i dont know why are they even running a bank. they are bad than any government bank. i would not rate them even 1 star. but is the least that i can give thats why giving them 1 star

Good staff grateful to see that aadhar update is done on the same day. U just need to come Early in the morning around 9am to collect aadhar update/enrollment form then at the given time u should come along with documents listed on form.

I AM SENIOR CITIZEN AND CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT I GIVEN F D FOR DEPOSIT IN ACCOUNT AT CHHAPRU NAGAR NAGPUR BR.THE STAFF TOOK MY SIGN ON BLANK FORM AND TOLD ME IT WILL BE CREDITED I RELIED AND GAVE SIGNATURE ON BLANK FORM INSTEAD OF CREDITING, IT IS RENEWED THE STAFF WAS ALSO RELUCTANT TO ACCEPT MY REQUEST OF CREDITING AMOUNT TO S B A/C AND DEBATED WITH ME TO RENEW THE F D . I WAS ALSO KEPT WAITING IN SCORCHING SUN FOR LONG TIME I AM SENIOR CITIZEN AND CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT THE GUARD NOT ALLOWED EVEN TO ENTER NEAR ATM THUS NOT FOLLOWING GUIDELINES , NEITHER RESPECTING SR CITIZENS . IT IS DIFFICULT TO WITHDRAW OUR OWN MONEY THE BR ALSO REFUSED TO ACCEPT SIGNED APPLICATION FOR WANT OF STAFF AND FORCED ME TO BRING STAMP FROM OFFICE THE MANAGER HAS NO POWER TO DEVIATE FROM SUCH MINOR COMPLIANCES IN SIATUATIONS WHERE SECTION 145 IMPOSED, CUSTOMER IS SR CITIZEN AND C A, HAVING ALL FAMILY MEMBERS ACCOUNT
