I have been a federal bank customer for about 15 years. Your service is excellent. But when I went to your branch at CA Road in Nagpur on 03/10/23, the lady staff at the cash counter behaved very badly. I had to deposit 40 thousand rupees in my friend's account, and they were not ready to accept it. The reason was that I had deposited 10 thousand rupees in my own account. They said that they would not accept more than one transaction. I came to the counter that day because the CDM was not working. Later, they met the manager, but they also extended their hands. Later, the assistant manager told them to accept the cash at the counter. Then they want my identification card. When I gave it to them, they told me to go out and take a photocopy. Look at my condition when I went to deposit 40 thousand rupees. Such insincere employees who behave in a hostile manner towards customers will not benefit the bank.
