Worst experience. I visited for open an account. The person in charge was not available. Spoke to me over the phone and said someone will contact you. More than 24 hours and still no response. Absolutely ridiculous.
The branch is not capable for single star rating. I visited 2 branch for credit card no one is available for it and the officer number i received never pick up the call.Naam bhade dharshan chote.
Helping nature of staff is noticeable. My work is done in very less time thanks
Hopeless bank .. I am blessed that I don't have a account here ,but when you need to put in someone's account then you get to know the bad service of this bank.
It is written outside open till 5:00pm on Saturday.... But the cashier denied to accept cash....
