As a Current Account customer, I expect basic professionalism and timely service — but this branch has failed repeatedly. The manager’s behavior is unbelievably careless. He is always busy on personal calls with his family, and this has happened with me not once, not twice, but FIVE times. Every time I visit for account-related work, he is either ignoring customers or talking on the phone as if the bank is his personal living room. This is completely unacceptable, especially for business customers who depend on quick and efficient service. The staff also behaves rudely, shows no urgency, and acts as if customers are disturbing them. For a branch that handles current accounts, the attitude here is shocking. I maintain a Current Account with the bank because I expect support and professionalism — not disrespect and delays caused by an irresponsible manager who prioritizes personal calls over customers.
