Pathetic service! Bank representative are uneducated. I visited bank to deposit money on 30th November, unfortunately, CDM machine got hanged and money couldn’t deposit in my account at the same time and was stuck in the machine, I approached bank representative who had help me fill the form and informed that your money will be deposited within 3 working days. On 3rd day, I visited branch and ask for update wherein, I have been told, they couldn’t submit my request as I missed out to update date and time. I failed to understand here, how did bank representative missed out to check my form details before accepting my form and confirm that my money will be deposit in my account within 3 working day. Today is 4th day and I have been doing regular follow up with zero update from bank. Never expect such poor service from such a prestigious bank. Hoping to get the update soon

Since 31st oct'22. my wrongly transferred fund to others account is still pending inspite of written complain, on the same day and followed all procedures suggested. no amount credited back to my account. and there is no information shared with me , what is happening till now.

Very bad experience.. Every one is busy in their own work no one cares about your problem.they even dont have any branch landline to contact with branch staff.every time you have to go to branch for any problem.

Third class , inspite of having balance , my cheque got bounced and I don't need any remark I need an call back urgently, or else I will sue the branch in front of the court
