I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I had visited to map my account, but instead of assisting me properly, the employee smirked and made dismissive remarks, even suggesting I provide my account details to my employer — clearly unaware of the correct process. I had to call a representative from another branch to explain the procedure to him, after which he started working on my application. Additionally, I was not even offered a chair to sit during the process, which reflects poorly on the customer service standards of this branch. Overall, I did not feel respected or valued as a customer. I would not recommend this branch based on my experience.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service at your bank branch. The branch is not functioning properly, and the manager has been extremely rude and unprofessional in behavior. I recently opened an account at this branch, but whenever I visit to update my mobile number, the staff fails to assist me. They keep delaying the process, misguiding me, and wasting my time every day. This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing.

We had created an FD and applied for od against fd with HDFC bank on 09-07-2021. We are a partnership firm and our account is already with hdfc. One partner could not sign due to a medical condition. The bank arrogantly is not processing our application. The partner is due for surgery tomorrow and since last 10 days hdfc has frozen our accounts and are not unblocking them. We are now under extreme duress because of this as there is a surgery and account frozen. After repeatedly informing about this to the bank, they are least interested. Never expected such inhuman and arrogant behaviour Er have already incurred financial loss of Rs 159999 due to blocked account and counting. Already we have a medical problem in our home and bank is doing insult to our injury Account holder name Mehadia And Sons nagpur

Worst service ever. Look at customer care they don't even respond. No use of dialling.
