Federal Bank No. B989 Casa Adrianna Domion's

Not sure how Federal Bank has a rating of 4.9, definately doesn't seem organic. I am following up with Federal Bank customer care since 2 months and also with the Manager NAVEENA at Federal Bank Mira Road East from more than a week just for an update on my debit card which was dispatched by them on incorrect address. I have even sent them emails have 2 complaint number and guess what, the Branch Manager doesn't seem to bother!!!! NOT WORTH EVEN GIVING 1 STAR!!! Shame on you Federal Bank. This is Mental Harrasment....

Opened a saving account on 1st jan 2026.. now it's been 9 days n there s no message regarding debit card delivery from bank side. Trying to contact but always either no one picks the call or call doesn't connect. 🙂

Federal Bank, Badra West. It is one of the fastest growing banks in India. Although its a new generation bank, it still follows it's tradition of personal servicing to its customers. There is always a personal touch from its staff unlike other new generation banks. Location is such that it's easily visible from the road.

Worst Service ever, opened account in this bank in Bandra West branch and I was told that I will get my debit card in 7 working days, but it’s been a month now. I tried calling the Bandra West branch so many time and on different days but no one is picking the call. If you people so lazy to attend calls then why you people are working. I called customer care and I was told to call to Branch where I opened my account. I have no much time to keep visiting bank personally. What a pathetic service. WASTE OF TIME. PLEASE AVOID THIS BANK IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR TIME. Will close my account.

Pathetic service. The entire staff have changed now. Very rude staff specially Dhruvika at bandra West branch under the leadership of Archana GopalKrishan(Branch head). Does not understand the urgency of the customer. However very punctual about their lunch time. Had visited 3 times in a single day for a simple cash withdrawal. Will be closing all the accounts(myself and relatives) with the bank.
