Worst branch in entire state. I had a salary account with this bank,but closed it due to their ill services. They opened my child account with several begging bowls and now have blocked it mentioning to submit few documents,even after submission, they have not cleared the matter. Moreover, the branch manager is not able to come out of his cabin to check why so much of noise in the branch. I have already recommended my colleagues to discontinue.

Even after applying for RTGS after 3 hours also the money is not transferred The expected time is 30 minutes

Issue Description: This account was my salary account before pandemic, and I lost my job during that period and stopped using the same account eventually and I didn't knew that it transferred to a savings account. I was supposed to keep the minimum balance of 10,000. And being a middle class working man who lost the job in pandemic it was really hard to maintain this huge balance in that account and eventually the balance was in negative state and I am not in the position to pay Rs 2830 to just close or re use the same, it is my humble request to kindly weave of the charges and close my account so that I can open a new salary account in HDFC it self. Also which is not allowed as per RBI guidelines. For that same reason my wife went to your Manish Nagar, Nagpur Branch on my behalf. She was advised to talk with your branch manager Nisheet Mazumdar regarding the issue as he is the only one who can solve this, instead of helping my wife he tried to harass her and bully her by saying, "Don

Visited branch many times requesting balance certificate. Very welcoming branch in nagpur. Listens to all the customer concerns.

I request google to provide option for "0" Star as we are not able to pin this option. We have to give 1 star any how, but yes today i faced this situation. I withdrawal the amount of XYZ from this bank and i received 1 note less of 500 Rs which was unacceptable. I back to bank, they told me the reason ok we have checked the cash everything is ok. Even i requested to check the Camera, but no action was taken - just only same dialogue we have tally the cash. NO customer service and i was not satisfied.
