I am very happy with the service we received at ICICI bank, Manish Nagar branch , Nagpur. The staff is very efficient and helpful. I would like to specially mention Ms Amisha Dhapulkar, for helping us with cash withdrawal when the ATM machine was out. I highly recommend this branch for ease in banking and friendly staff.

Don’t ever open account here Their server is always down Staff is very rude They force you to do cash deposit via machine which is chargeable

ICICI bank should conduct people management training to their employees at all levels. I feel everyone has no knowledge about bank operations. visited here regarding the credit card issue which we have not even ordered / asked for still they have sent this at my native place and keep asking for charges and when reported to bank manager they say we do not know about this issue. I met few people in a row they also have lot of complaints but these bank employees sitting in AC rooms say to connect with customer support on call for problem resolution and Customer support says visit bank for problem resolution. truly they need proper management that bring trust for their customers.

Absolutely disgusting, even the senior manager lacks empathy towards the customers. Hard to differentiate between this Manish Nagar branch and other Govt run banks. Highly disappointed by the behaviour of the manager, who return backs the customers for cash deposits citing delay whereas the business accounts are still entertained at late hours.
