What is the actual purpose of conducting written exams and interviews when the selected staff are unable to resolve even the most basic customer issues? The quality of service at the branch level clearly indicates a serious failure in SBI’s recruitment and training process. There is no functional help desk, no accountability, and absolutely no ownership of customer problems. Staff members casually redirect customers from one counter to another without providing any solution, clarity, or responsibility. This reflects poor attitude, lack of professionalism, and zero customer service ethics. It raises a serious question about how interviews are conducted and on what basis candidates are selected. Many employees lack basic communication skills, banking etiquette, and the willingness to assist customers. Merely clearing exams is meaningless if staff cannot handle real-world customer interactions. SBI should stop rewarding incompetence and instead select young, dynamic, well-trained profe
I will say SBI in Manish Nagar,Besa Nagpur is goid, spacious nationalised bank.Good seating area,ample of free road parking,latest kind of ATM and pleasant atmosphere moment you inside.You will notice cleanliness but what goes little matter of concern is abundant criwd,lane near every window This lane is highest when it comes to cash withdrawal cc ounter.Speed of function is also not impresive.So staff here is clearly overburdened and you can see smile on their faces very rarely.So only 3 stars from my side.Whenever you want to visit this branch come with little more cushion time and patience.
Amazing experience. Never expected that i will go to branch. But my experience was good. Branch manager Mr Wankhede and staff Naina solved all my issues related to home loan and bank account, very patiently and professionally.
Very unprofessional staff. Not helpful at all. Worst branch as per my experience with sbi in 5 different cities.
Cash deposit machine is always out off service.. why you SBI guys keep it there? Scrape that machine. It took me 30 to 45 minutes to deposit cash on counter on 7th of this month.
