I will write genuine reviews. They might be helpful but less knowledgeable because My branch was different and gave application for bank statement. But the person on left corner said me this was not possible because am from Mumbai. So I left and went to Manewada Shahu nagar branch. There was one lady who resolved my issue within a minute. So it was matter of knowledge. Please be updated yourself employees 😜
Very sorry to say despite giving FDs no responses to customer one branch person Mr Koreti Gave me his Ph no to me as I have opened a new account for my monthly Intrest on my FDs wether it is deposited or not in my new account no and what is my Account No where is my Debit card wanted to enquire as I have not yet recieved so on and so forth but he don’t lift the phone nor any branch phone no is Active it shows it’s not working Awaidhya ahe it says I think People giving FDS are also not important it seems horrible customer services believe it or not Uday kumar swamy
Hopeless service ....just rendering here n there harassment for customers...lunchtime of 1 hour at a same time for All Staff
