The receptionist at Alwal branch was very polite and immediately she did the needful. I have been HDFC customer for more than 25 years, they have never disappointed me.

Extremely unpleasant experience at this branch. The staff were rude, dismissive, and shouted at me when I asked questions about RBI guidelines. They seemed more interested in pushing their “Saving Max” plan for commissions than providing accurate information or proper service. Employees here clearly lack knowledge about banking schemes and basic account rules. I would strongly advise caution before visiting this branch.

Very poor experience at this branch. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and lack knowledge about basic banking rules and schemes. They were aggressively pushing the “Saving Max” plan, apparently for higher commissions, and shouted at me when I pointed out that their claimed minimum balance of ₹25,000 for fixed deposits contradicts RBI guidelines, which state that basic savings accounts should have a minimum balance of ₹5,000. This branch prioritizes sales over proper customer service and adherence to regulations. Highly disappointing.

The branch is not following RBI rules. They say fixed deposits need ₹25,000, but RBI says basic savings accounts should need only ₹5,000. Staff are not helpful and don’t know much.

Incessant robo calls from HDFC Bank! The shamelessness of this galling behavior is just staggering. Not dealing with a 'structural bank' like HDFC is not an option, but I use them as little as possible, and I hope they are heavily punished by RBI or other regulators for this egregious behavior. Please stop calling me, I'm on do NOT call list!
