The staff at the bank are very co-operative and help you in all issues, with a proper solution.
From 9 am they change time of open to 10 am, customer facing problem. But will govt bank care for customers..no

You have to run around the bank to get all the services—sometimes for a checkbook, sometimes for activating UPI. Even after filling out the entire bank account, you have to fill out a separate form for each product. (Debit card banking, etc.) Their app is also mediocre; nothing works; it's just a name. It seems Satvi Fail designed the app and named it MahaBank Plus. When logging into the Internet Bank on the website, after entering your ID and password, when you try to log in using the OTP, it shows "login failed," but the login is also successful. Sir, please either show "failed" or "login failed," but it will not show "failed" in the dialog box, and then log in. I'll give you my worst bank experience. What else should I tell you?
